I have some Toggle switch icons that I downloded , they are all in PNG format. (on/offs)

Where do I drop them ? I'm used to cabs..

I'd stick em in a new folder on your SD card,then using JWMD Icon changer (Google for a cab download)
change the icons for the new ones and then
put em in your Quicklinks,I am of course assuming you have Cookies Home Tab and Editor installed so you can increase the number of available Quicklinks....

Works for me,I have all my Anastasia icons in one folder on the SD in their own folder so it's easy to
search for.

Where are the toggle switches anway ? I searched inside Icon Changer and I can't find any... I thought it's more of a system thing.

The Toggles are included in Cookies Home Tab V1.8.5 IIRC ...

You need to give some more info about the toggle switches you have downloaded. What are they for? How about a link? Are they for co0kies mod? Or they could be for something else.  We could keep telling you all kinds of responses and nothing could be correct.

Co0kies toggle icons are in the windows folder. Just switch them out there. Make sure they have the same name.  I believe you should soft reset after replacing them.
