after seeing 700+ sales of a screen protector on a company with 500k+ feedback on ebay i though it would have been a good buy.

it arrived a day late as they cheated on the postage.
it arrived as a cheap hong kong imitation which didn't even have the main feature i needed, anti-glare.

ok so, no worries right? simple exchange or refund, so i contacted them.
got a reply saying to give them a picture of what i got, fair enough they need to be sure. sent them the picture and explained why it wouldn't work for me.

got a reply after 4 days saying to use and try the product, basically to make me keep it, even though i've asked for an exchange or refund.
this is what i got; http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/9041/imag0032l.jpg
this is what i was meant to get; http://img35.imageshack.us/img35/5255/49731679.jpg

this made me mad as all i wanted was the real product or the refund of ~£3, which any company would have fixed me up with by now. so i sent a lengthy email and asked for it to be given to the customer service manager... it wasn't instead i was given a reply asking to provide an image again!!

my messages weren't rude just to the point as i don't like getting mad at the person behind the screen. their messages basically ignored everything i said and asked the same questions, which were already answered.

I don't know how this company is still allowed to operate on ebay when they simply won't give people refunds. they do have 500 negative feedback this month, so it is not just me.

I AM BASICALLY SAYING DON'T GO WITH E-CELL ON EBAY. i am just glad i didn't buy the other things i wanted to at the same time!

It sucks... i know... i ordered from HK based companies as well and i'm not happy. Its the last time i do this. I will pay 10 times the amount as long as i know i can get some customer service.

these are UK based people with a high feedback rating, i actually trust the HK shops, only because i know i''m ordering a HK imitation and therefore am satisfied with what i get.
that is why i am posting here to warn people.

worst thing now is i have to try find another good screen protector with anti-glare Sad i don't trust them at all and don't want them to get a penny from me out of spite.

i found this aswell...

that is a big page of complaints. i am going through ebay to get something done about this company! they don't deserve to be able to sell!

i did complain to them saying i would repot it to ebay and i got refunded about a week later. ihave had a look at that link and state's he is in blackpool the bits i got did not come from there and took ten days to arrive from some where else defintly not blackpool.
but some of them buying a phone of ebay not the thing i would do heard to many bad things about that.

If I get a HK seller that cocks up, I wait a while and say I never received it. Its too much hassle trying to sort a wrong item out. Ive always ended up with a refund. I know its dishonest but.....

ye it works, but this is a 500k+ feedback seller so i thought it would be a decent company to trade with.

i have finally managed to get them to agree to a refund + 50p return postage,,, ye they didn't want to pay for their mistake being returned.

took about 7 or 8 emails to get this far taking over 2 weeks...
the worst of allllll the emails was one which was sent 4 days after i sent mine which basically told me to repeat the email it replied to and said "We'll be waiting again for your prompt reply so we can have this sorted out." .. took them 4 days to reply and had the audacity to ask for a "prompt" reply.

i feel like many people that are from 4chan (a big trolling forum) work for this company.

upset now i have to find a good anti-glare screen protector because i don't want to deal with these people.

by the way, i mentioned, in the final email, i am a moderator for a big forum and i'd be suggesting all the members stay clear of them.. they didn't seem to care, to bad for them i wasn't lying.
