how do i view threads ive posted in. as far as i can see it only shows you posts youve not read yet, once youve read it i cant find an option to find that thread again

Under the Profile section there's a link all the way down called show the lasts post of this person. It will load all your posts.

If you want to be notified when someone posts in a thread then select the notify tab at the bottom of the thread. Then going to your profile you can see all the threads you are subscribed to.


If you look towards the top of the page you will see "Show new replies to your posts".  Selecting this will show if any new posts have been made to any thread you have ever posted in.
