I know, this is so exciting, I just read this article on PocketNow: All HTC HD2s have 576MB of RAM like T-Mobile USA Version? at http://pocketnow.com/tech-news/all-htc-hd2s-have-576mb-of-ram-like-t-mobile-usa-version

Apparently all our HD2 may have 576MB RAM, it's just been "hidden" or dormant, but HTC can release a ROM in time for Windows Mobile 7, which will unleash the rest of the RAM!?!

Cooked ROM´s that unleash the full amount of ram: XDA.
What i really want now is an official version of the next Manila, since im very funned of layouts and stuff  Grin

seems there was some ram on the processor which can get unlocked.

but i'd say keep away from this upgrade for now as it may have been locked by HTC for stability/hardware reasons. best to wait for HTC to say why they didn't tell us, or for people to confirm their HD2s are still phones and are not going to be part of a big "HTC HD2 memorial wall" (brick!!!)

It is old news.  The extra 128mb does nothing for us at the moment. And again it might be hidden for obvious reasons.
