hi everyone. its a few days in and the fear of my hd2 having severe problems has been realized. ive been cruising the xda board and am progressing through the huge thread on the rom id like to flash but i have a few very basic questions. firstly, how easy is it to brick your phone doing this? also, with the popular roms, are they generally stable? adventurous ppl in the thread seem to be happy with performance but typically do they crash or remove basic functionality. finally, how easy is it to revert to the stock rom? sorry if this has been covered before i didnt see a relevant topic/sticky. thanks in advance for help.

Hey guys. Had a couple of questions, so here goes. I just recently bought a friend an HTC HD2 as a graduation gift. Purchased it from Craigslist was in great shape. But a yesterday in the middle of texting me, the screen froze on. She waited a while but it still didn't work so she did a soft reset & took the battery out. Now its stuck at the "Stick Together" start up screen. Tried installing new ROM but the phone wasn't detected. Warranty not valid b/c craigslists purchased. Anyone have any ideas? I would very help much appreciate the help!
